About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize marketing operations to support the strategic goals set by the Director of Marketing.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing operations team. Create a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.
  • Review and analyze marketing activities and make suggestions to management to adhere with legal standards and industry regulations. Manage risks related to data privacy and security, and advertising compliance. 
  • Utilize HubSpot, to drive marketing campaigns, manage leads, and optimize customer journeys.
  • Manage and work closely with Marketing Technical leads to implement and manage marketing automation processes, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Work with the Business Operations team to analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and and implement initiatives based on data.
  • Maintain comprehensive dashboards to track marketing effectiveness, key performance indicators (KPIs), and campaign metrics to provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Lead Conversion Optimization efforts across all marketing channels, focusing on improving the checkout experience and increasing conversion rates.
  • Oversee and coordinate all marketing campaigns, including live events and email campaigns, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of all departmental responsibilities within the business.
  • Own the marketing lead funnel process and provide detailed reports for customer behavior and optimize conversions. 
  • Develop and implement best practices for marketing operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency in all processes.
 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, ideal candidates have held operations titles. 
  • Expertise with HubSpot, and proficiency in marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Worked in a B2C business with a strong understanding of consumer marketing compliance. 
  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and enhancing checkout experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Expected Base Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 USD Annually
