ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist on a part-time contract basis (25-30 hours per week), with potential for the position to evolve into a full-time role. You will bring over 5 years of expertise in CRO to our team. Your role will focus on strategizing and implementing solutions to improve conversion rates across our digital properties. With a deep understanding of user behavior and a data-driven approach to A/B and multivariate testing, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our online customer journey.
Experience in Web Development, particularly with WebFlow, is considered a plus and will be highly advantageous as it will help in quickly implementing optimization strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Craft and execute CRO strategies aimed at elevating conversion rates and meeting key business objectives.
- Lead comprehensive A/B and multivariate testing efforts for our customer acquisition funnels and website, managing all phases from hypothesis creation to result analysis.
- Work collaboratively with various teams, including Growth Marketing Manager, UX/UI Designers, Web Developers, Data Engineers, and Content Creators, to ensure cohesiveness and impact of conversion strategies.
- Leverage analytics tools to identify areas of opportunity for optimization within websites and marketing funnels.
- Stay current with the latest in CRO techniques, tools, and industry standards to maintain competitive advantage.
- Present well-founded, data-driven reports and insights to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic adjustments.

- Effective cross-departmental collaboration, establishing a shared vision and approach to CRO.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of dedicated experience in Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful CRO strategies with significant outcomes.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CRO and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO).
- Basic understanding of DOM rendering and able to use HTML/CSS/jQuery/Javascript to create variations within testing tool.
- Detail-oriented and strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage projects and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- This is initially a part-time contract position with the expectation for the right candidate to transition into a full-time role based on performance and the evolving needs of the business.
