  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure content strategies directly support sales targets and customer retention.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a small but powerful team of content creation specialists, editors, and marketing specialists, focusing on achieving sales and revenue goals through content.
  • Leverage data from sources such as Google Analytics 4 to drive strategy, focusing on metrics that matter: conversion rates, lead generation, and ROI.

Expected Outcomes

  • Direct Impact on Revenue - Drive significant revenue and customer acquisition increases through targeted, conversion-focused content strategies.
  • Sales-Aligned Content Creation - Deliver content that effectively moves users through the sales funnel, from awareness to decision, demonstrating the content's ROI.
  • Strategic Growth - Use data-driven insights to continually refine and escalate our content efforts, ensuring they align with and propel our business objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in content marketing strategy, including recent experience as a Director+, with a demonstrable track record of using content to drive revenue, leads, and customer acquisition.
  • Significant and recent professional industry experience in B2C or B2B SaaS, BizOps, and/or Direct Marketing.
  • Experience managing and growing multiple 6 to 7-figure owned media marketing funnels.
  • Demonstrated simultaneous ownership of multiple enterprise-level owned media channels, including Blog, Email, SEO, and Organic Social Media.
  • Significant track record of engaging customers at scale using intent-driven SEO strategies.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, focusing on metrics demonstrating content's impact on sales and business growth.
  • Experience building and managing a team of content specialists who are also clearly focused on revenue generation and business objectives.
